Client requested behaviour: When user clicks Services parent item it clicks through to the Services page. If they click the down arrow it expands the sub menu.

This currently works but if they click on Services, the sub menu briefly flashes, which looks a little messy.

What is the intended way to prevent this happening? The sub menu opening for a moment serves no purpose.

I know I could set the parent to be a Custom Link targeting # so they are forced to open the menu to then choose to go to the parent All Services page, but the client does not want this.
